Title: 200Tdi Heads
Post by: L90OOK on October 03, 2007, 20:18:49
I have sent my 200tdi head off for rework at Turner Engineering.  I have opted for the performance gas flowed option.
Has anyone else got one...whats the verdict?

the power delivery is alot smoother, its like driving a 300tdi,
no kick like you get with the 200's, the power is smooth right the way up as far as she'll rev

i hate to think how much that would cost,

Dan

I take it you think that expensive?
It's from price list  HERE (http://turner-engineering.co.uk/html/cylinderheads.html/).
I haven't spent much on the old girl for along time so thought i'd treat her...ready for many more years of careful neglect!!
Changing the rear body cappings too whilst she's out of action  :D

 Wow...I have received my recon'd head back today from Turner.
Excellent service, six day turn around.
What a great piece of engineering, think I'll be sleeping with it tonight
Spent a few hours matching the Inlet & Exhaust manifolds to the new gasket but wont have time to put the head on till the weekend
=D>  =D> Many thanks for the excellent service from  Turner Engineering (http://turner-engineering.co.uk/html/performanceheads.html/).  =D>  =D>
