I have a door again! Its not perfect, it wont last for ever but it has a good few years left in it now and all for £14! Bought the frame repair stuff from VRM metal solutions, came fast and perfect size!

All I have to do now is refit it, fingers crossed it still fits! :D

Good to know, I've got 9 doors to do, 5 of mine 4 of my friends, he own's a MIG, but I'm a better welder!

Nobody has commented on the deliberate (honest lol) mistake. Where my two sections join in the corner I should have joined them with two 45 degree cuts but figured it didnt matter. :oops:
Obviously the door card wouldnt go over it and quite possibly the door wouldnt have closed. Slight last minute adjustment with the grinder and it all fits perfectly now! :lol:
