Unfortunately not, I wish I was now!  I was meant to be doing the Hillrally this weekend, but with it cancelled I'm at a loose end!

Typically The Hillrally virtually always clashes with Mull either in preparation or the event itself so I have never been, but I'd really like a crack at it - even in the Discovery!

You would need to get some slicks for the Disco then !
Going over 1st. thing in the morning to do safety radio with my mate Iain
It will be a long weekend with stages through Frid and Sat night, and during the day too
Still, weather looks as if it's going to behave this year

Just got back
Who does your Dad do the recovery with Mike ? - I met a few recovery crews over the weekend
I hope he got more sleep than we did
05.45 am Frid to 05.50 Sat morning, back up at 9.00 am Sat and out on stage till 04.45 Sun morning  and back up at 8.00 am this morning
Good event all the same mind
Marjan - you would be surprised how many mk2 escorts still compete, and quite competitively when it's dry
I'm off to bed now.......................................................

Hes the crew chief & drives a white V8 110 CSW with a "blue" stripe down each side,

he was on the last stage of the rally IIRC

We did the last stage too Mike
Don't remember seeing your Dad's truck but if he was at the end of the stage then we wouldn't cos we came out WD on the last one

Shame your man went out on 1st stage Ade, pity you didn't manage to enter the trophy rally on Sat - it's a long way to go for one stage !
It was a good 'un this year though

We did 7/13/19
My mate Iain was call sign Argyll 1 and we were at J3J on stage 13
I see you had the company of Iains ex Dot (call sign Argyll 3 ) for all your stages - finish radio on 6 & 18 and start radio on 13
And yes, it was a good weekend !

Hope she has sorted her key-fob out.
Thanks for your help in running the stages, I couldn't have done it without you. \:D/
