Post by: fasthands on November 05, 2007, 22:11:09
Hi folks I am going to change the lock barrels on my 90, has anyone done it before is it a easy job or fiddly as hell? the door handles are push button type! Or better still has anyone got a exploded view of the lock mech so I can see how it is put together before I start. I have a bunch of keys like a prison guard for my 90 it's doin my head in!! :(mad):

In preference to all the faff of removing the "mounting panel" and supporting the glass, I drill a a small hole in the mounting panel to allow access to the screw on the end of the lock (part 10) then all can be removed easily.

I've done it by drilling a hole through the panel as well, much easier.
