you got a winch up front or not ?
only there are two types of front springs for disco's
none winch
and with winch
the thickest springs should however be on the back just for ref  8)
atm thats all i can think of

bit of a shot in the dark but did you put longer shocks on at the same time?

When I did the 130 with +2" springs, I had to run standard length shocks for a week or so and found that the front's had a bit more give than the backs - the backs were topped out hard permanently whereas the fronts still had some sag left on the shock travel.  When we put the proper shocks on it sat aniother 2 inch taller at the back where as the front stayed the same making it sit proper.

Hard to tell in that pic but the back end looks about right, I'm tempted to think there should be a winch in the equation somewhere.

Been there, got the Tshirt.

I broke my RRC and kept the +2" HD springs & +2" shocks as well as a set of +2" spring spacers (from Wizard).

They were in the back of the garage for a while until I fitted them onto my new Disco. I put +2" springs on the front and all seemed fine. I put the springs AND spacers on the rear and it still looked as saggy as yours does.

Original Disco Front - 14mm thick, Rear 16.5mm thick.
+2" Disco Front 16mm thick, Rear 16.5mm thick.

I've now put the springs on the correct ends and added the spacers too - sits perfectly level.

If the springs you have are Disco springs then I am 99% certain they are on back to front.

What brand lift springs where they and what spec or part numbers were they?

There are a lot of different "lift" springs available, it could be the rears and the fronts are not a suitable match for your disco.

Chances are a yellow lift spring will be made by britpart, which should make working out what spec they are easier.

Compare the free lengths to the manufactures specs in the link below should help find just which ones you have.
http://www.britpart.com/page.asp?MenuRef=59

From the information though the rears should be taller than the fronts, unless you have to sets of rear or similar :? What free length were your springs?

Of all the springs i've seen the longer ones go on the front
That applied to the Scrap orange ones i had and all the Old Man Emu ones i see.
