well my thought striahgt away where that the ball pivet has gone straight through the arm....
whats the best way to check and see if this is the problem????

Undo and slide the gearbox back or remove the engine
sorry, but the only way I know

is there a way of seeing if the arm is at fault b4 taking the box off???
-
mine went back in feb you could check it by taking the slave off and if the push rod sticks out more than half mine wasnt  gearbox out again

If the narrow end of the clutch fork (where the pushrod is attached) is hard against the back of the bellhousing, then the fork has most likely punched through. A disintegrated clutch plate will make this happen as well. Replace the fork with a reinforced item - this is a very common problem with clutch forks.
