im looking to replace the standard disco seats with some bucket ones in the front only . where do u mount the harness mount to. pics would be great. only want the basic 3 point harnesses. and possible reclining ones

You've aleady got basic 3 point harnesses fitted you don't need to change the belts at all unless you want twin shoulder straps in which case you'll have to bolt them in the back of the car with spredder plates loosing the back seat .

If you get the harnesses that clip into eye-bolts then it's easy.
Just replace the standard seatbelt bolts on the centre consol and bottom of the front doors with the eye-bolts, clip in the lapstrap of the harness and run the sholder straps through the gap between the back and the base of the rear seats and clip them into the D-plates that the rear seatbelts attach too in the rear floor.
This way you can retain the standard seatbelts and just clip the harnesses in when needed.

heres what i did i didnt take many pics

i would buy eyes from somewhere like Larkspeed, they come with spreader plates and cost about 2 quid each.
I have 4 point harnesses the rears clip into the eyes on either side of the rear chairs....but i have disco front seats in the back
