I had a similar thing with my truck the transfer box was stuck in nuetral I could not select 2wd or 4wd. its the shifter sheet.
take the lever out and there is a big rubber washer in there thats the shifter sheet line the legs back up and replace the rubber washer with a new one put the lever back in and away you go.
or swap your 410 transfer box with my 413 box that will work

yeah suzukis can't be towed it wrecks the transfer box .
