Hmmmm. not much differnece but I'd be tempted to buy the thicker one. One give the break strain, the other a "rated" strength, wonder what margin of safety that includes :?
For a safety-critical item I'd ask the advice of a reputable winch supplyer like Dave Bowyer for example.

neither, as itll be ebay crap
it wont even carry a safety cert with it to prove its rating
go to a rep company
pg winches
david bowyer
ect ect

What about this one....
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/BRAND-NEW-SUPERWINCH-100-WIRE-ROPE_W0QQitemZ150194722090QQihZ005QQcategoryZ36631QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
It's a genuine Superwinch one, direct from Goodwinch, they seel the one they don;t fit cos people have other rope fitted......
Will depend on what winch it's going on i guess..... if you have a 9000lb or less, then this would be fine
