Last night was cold again, but this morning the frost on my bonnet had made some pretty patterns. It must be Christmas.

Now its funny you should post this, when the ice on my car had melted this morning the mud on the windscreen and bonnet was in the same pattern!
SWMBO thought I had lost the plot when I said the mud looked nice today!

the frost was like this on my bonnet today to but as I spent most of my time under the bonnet trying to get the damn thing started  I missed the pretty pattterns as it had all melted by the time I had finished. :(

I love photos like that as wall paper - usually in the opposite season -i.e. when it's so hot you could almost take your Aran jumper off  as opposed to winter

My roof has had a similar pattern on it for several mornings - only noticed it when I climbed up there to unscrew the CB aerial before going Christmas shopping.
