exhuast places and motor factor shops sell the flexable zaust tubing

make sure you get stainless though, as the mild steel gathers moisture, goes hard then just breaks

You guys must leave your motors on the drive & just dribble over other peoples vehicles photo's for your pipes to last that long!  ;) :-'

surely the simple way to make side exist is to cut the rear box off then use a 90 degree bend turn towards the wing then  a other bend then a exhuast tip out the side weld it up in the right postion and it wil be alot stronger than flexi pipe

As an aside, I have a mate who converted his VW camper by fitting a Vauxhall Bravo pick-up engine.  For the exhaust he used every bend from a 200TDi exhaust system, but none of the straight bits

Surely you want as few 90 degree bends as possible? Just thinking about keeping it free flowing. You could get away with the pipe exiting the side at a 45 degree angle (obviously you'd have to cut the end flush with the side of the car rather than having it protruding).
