god knows
its a throttle position senser afink ( well its something to do with throttle as its got a flat drive off the throttle arm to it )
mite be linked in with EGR aswel
but still
it can still be tweaked

it is and operates the egr , like some sort of throttle position sensor. just mark it iff your keeping the egr system iff not . dont matter so much . alan......

Yes, EGR won't open at idle, the throttle position sensor is part of the EGR system.

oh i was right
you dont need mark it, it wont move unless you turn it by hand
wel
atleast the ones ive taken off didnt

Just pull it off and put it back on the same way around - you'll find two plastic pegs sticking up under there which fit into a couple of notches in the underside of the top. I was wondering what it was too!
