Hi have you tried Astra mk2 rear shocks of a 1991 Astra hatchback. this is a pic of mine fully extended compared to my old standard shocks also a pic of my d-flex nearly opened all the way also check your brake lines are long enough i had to change mine.

The only problem i have with my shocks is there is not much upward travel so the ride is a bit rough but then its an SJ so what the hell. I should really extended my shock towers a ittle but then i will need longer shocks.

as baz says mk2 astra rear shox get the van ones as i think they are a bit stiffer fit these on the front of ur sj and get some transit shox for ur rears the transit ones are a bit longer than the astra versions id say ull need maybe +3 lift to fit both
hope this helps

You can get a gas version of the astra/nexia shocks and they work a bit quicker as smoother than the oil ones usually a couple of quid more at the most.
