They had the 2008 dates on their, now they been removed.

Never understood why they do not let everyone just park up there right away instead of making them wait outside the gate for an age causing mass jams THEN letting them in into the field but not to park, causing more jams even though all the stewards are there ready to take money.

Ah, this will be over the accident I witnessed last year then as the cars were leaving! It was quiet bad. I am guessing the police have stopped them then or something? Also guessing it hasn't been sorted out yet too.

I will wait for a letter to come through to drag me to court as a witness then! :roll:

Post by: flufzi on February 11, 2008, 21:58:55: I'm looking into why it has been cancelled. I've emailed relevent people (old sod, the showground etc) to see what they say. The main thing I want to find out is if it's just the old sod that's gone or if they've taken other shows away due to 'traffic problems'.

Don't blame me, my parents put me up to this. A whiff of the words 'journalism student' and they're getting me to find out everything. They'll want me to write a report on an offroad trip next...

... not a bad idea actually
