Went for drive today but wife didnt like sitting front middle, so , how much and how easy is it to fit front facing belted seats in the back . Also at the moment have 235 85 16 on could i push it to 265 85 16 without a lift and would it be worth it ?

I would say that tyre size will cause you problems without a lift, plus with the 2.5 engine, you will probably find it is horrible on acceleration.
Stick with the 235s

stick with what you have, they are the stadard size for a 110, 90's are nomally lower, but will take 235/85 or 265/75 without mods.
265/75 is the standard for alloys when sold new.
Spend the money on things which will give more benefit in the short term and wait until the tyres wear out before deciding which way to go. If you do change from 235/85 you will also have to change the rims, so the costs keep mounting.
I'd buy some diff guards, steering guards, snorkle to start with.

I ditched the bench seat's in BEL & fitted the high backed inward faceing seat's from Exmoor trim plus lap belt's in a afternoon, just a case of drilling & bolting.
They are cracking seat's for adult's as well as kid's even ok for my 12 stone on long jurney's, had them in for 3 or 4 years now & still good as new despite 4 dog's but there not the cheapest :(
If money's tite get some station wagon seat's from a scrapy but get new seat belt's for peice of mind.
