Have you bled the system??

Could be hydraulic failure of the Mc or the slave. Does anything change should you pump the pedal repeatedly? Is there clutch fluid in the reservoir? if not has it all run out of the bell housing drain hole? Thus indicating that the seal has gone.
Other wise it could be that the pushrod has punched it's way through the clutch fork. And rectifying that is a gearbox out job.

The same happened to me :'( , it turned out that the clutch release bearing had collapsed

get you hand around the pedal and see if any fluid has run down it. If so theit's the master cylinder. Also possible that the hose could be ballooning ... to check get under and get an assistant to press the pedal.
All other suggestions are sound.
