Are there any fellow Mud Clubbers doing this year's MAC Challenge?

If so, who and what number are you running at?

I know Spy is doing, dont know what team number he is.

Denviks is Team 42 iirc.

Also i think i read somewhere Hightower is doing it as well.

Friends of mine (Liz & Rob) are doing it again this year, for the umpteenth year! They are team 39 and have a blue 90 hard top that until now was diesel (200tdi?). However, for this year, he has had a 5.7 V8 chevy grafted in... suspect he'll be having some extra fun this year!

Say hi on my behalf if you bump into them when your out there!

We know Liz and Rob (bunked down with them in a farmhouse on last years Mac).  It will be good to catch up with them again.  What the heck is he doing with a 5.7 V8!?!?!?!?!  There are gonna be parts of the Mac where he won't manage to get from one filling station to the next!!

I think he's planning to get hold of an old Sankey bowser... and plumb it directly into the fueling system!  :lol: :lol: :lol:

BTW... you know they are having a MacMillan fundraiser this Sunday at Halford? The details are in the events forum labelled "Not the MacMillan Challenge". I'll be there marshalling... see you there..?
