what is correct method to adjust clutch pedal on master cylinder

As far as I'm aware, theres no adjustment on the clutch pedal to master cylinder (200tdi)...., there's only a stop under the pedal........

Whats the problem your experiencing?

On the RRC pedal box the bolt from the pedal to the pushrod is eccentric, I don't know if yours is the same.

Agree on the diff pinion.  Had one collapse completely and I don't recomned it to anyone 8-[, get it checked out.
