Post by: Guardian. on February 17, 2008, 22:29:52
now , want some info from you 4x4 tyre boffins.
im sick off listning to my muds on the tarmac so i want to change to all terrain so it still looks the part but not as noisy, but i do not want to go down from 35", but i do want to go narrower.
so. whats available out there, something like a 35x10x15at would be ideal, is this available?
what is?
thanks.

BFG AT's are good tyres last for ever never noticed any road noise on the Disco, have Grabber  AT's on the pick up i do get road noise with those.

not sure how big Camac go to, but i found them to be the best "in between" tread.. like a BFG AT, but wider spaced, and chunkier, without been as harsh as a dedicated MT.

i always have bfg, and ideally want to keep to them, they are a good, well made tyre, but will consider any other, but must be a tyre not a reformed flip flop.
