Finally fitted the Webasto heater, now waiting for some cold mornings to look smug when I come out of the house to a nicely warmed up engine & defrosted windows :D
Cheers.

What sort of cost is involved with the Webasto heater?

I got it (ThermoTop C+) new on ebay Germany at approx £515, including the T70 wireless control. Seem to always be lots more webasto items over there. Cheers.

£515  Here's hoping for some really bad weather in Sunbury
Was it difficult and/or involved to fit?

£515
That would soooo not be a first mod .
unless I lived in siberia :D
£515 would be a set of tyres and a good coat

Yes, it is a bit of a luxury. Should help extend the engine life & it is much more refined (if I can use that word for a Land Rover engine) when it starts already warm - a bit less agricultural as it were.
