Title: Hard or Flexi ?
Post by: andrew2986 on March 08, 2008, 14:38:51: Hi guys, Have just fitted a set of largish tyres to wallet, has a two inch lift already and a camel cut but when out at woodlands last weekend totally battered my arches !!! (front and back!!!)
So going to fit extended wheel arches this week, Question is, flexi or hard arches? also other than paddocks anyone have any recommendations where to get them from.

Ps wallet is a 4 door disco.

Post by: windowlicker on March 08, 2008, 18:24:26: i got the flexi ones from paddocks that look great but vague instructions and you dont get any kind of template which makes it difficult when your on your own with no extra pair of hands!

i wanted to buy the roccia ones which i think look better but they didnt have any in stock for a month hence why i got the flexi ones.

the flexi ones are quite rigid but you can cut the under side of them off which makes them like the roccia flares and allows you to cut more metal off which is what i think i might end up doing

Who and Where? do they have a website?

What other companies do these Aches need 5 door ones for mine....

im guessing them

i was going to buy some from them but they didnt have any 5 door ones when i wanted them and looking at the pic i would think they are the same ones paddocks sell

Have just PM'd boysie Don (forgot he had big arches on his disco)
Had a look at the website posted on here and they dont seem to have any 5 door at the mo.
I have to go to scorpion tomorrow (change some spark plugs) might have a look at the ones they sell (I think there Roccia ?) and price them out.
will let you all know.

will also try and put some photos up when I fit them of me butchering the sides of my Disco :grin: :grin: :grin:
