Well ive got a bit of a problem...
Ive been rebuilding the rear axle on my truck and as I tried to remove the axle breather it snapped off, leaving a threaded stub in the axle....
Ive got some screw removers but they wont shift it as the brass just seems to break away... Whats the best way to get the damn thing out??
Thanks in advance
Joe

a bit of heat then try to remove it

I'll crack the blow lamp out then!

If you have it in peices then get nasty, the brass will continue to crumble, chip the remains of the screw away to leave the thread.
