Hi all,
I've seen that these are considerably cheaper than the rest, so I'm assuming you get what you pay for when it comes to shock absorbers ,
But are these any good for your average Disco with just some mild greenlaning in mind??? :?
Any opinions valued :D
Cheers, Gary.

You'll probably find them to be OK. Chances are they just wont last as long. No doubt someone will be along to cast the old "it's a saftey issue you should spend loads on a reputable brand" stone into the still pond. You do whatever suits yourself! If they are *much* cheaper, give them a go, if they are no good, bin em'.

About £10.00 each :)

I had armstrongs on mine at one time. They weren't for me and I ended up with De Carbon. The Armstrongs weren't as good especially with doing a lot of laning.

The OE ones are less than £20 a corner, don't recall the brand of the top of my head though, unless it's Woodhead?
-
Woodhead made a lot of the OE stuff, you're right.

Woodhead have (I think it's still there) a factory on the western side of Wakefield, & so I'm lead to believe either have a 'factory shop', or will sell direct to the public.
I'll make the relevant enquiries as soon as possible & report back.
