OK no one has given anything away on mud club this week re F1 results (but my misses manged to ruin quallly by telling me who got pole before id watched it!)
But this year can we have a code of conduct for discussing F1 or any other sports
If we want to discuss the result can we have a RESULT/SPOILER tag at the end of the thread.
If someone starts a thread about something like qualifying or drivers etrc can it not posts relating to the result.
Can we not post titles like "HAMILTON DOES IT AGAIN", or "HAMILTON CRASH MUPPET" or "ALONSO IN HORSE ****** SCANDAL" (ok maybe the last ones fine)
It would be nice to know I can logon to mudclub on a sunday and not give the game away, especially if im bored staying up to the highlights post midnight.
Just an idea?

Good idea. The mods should sin bin culprits until the end of the motor sport season.
As for other sports?
Who cares.

On a racing forum I frequent, posters put "****SPOILER****" at the end on the posts title. seems to work fine.

Sounds like a good idea. I hate having my enjoyment of a sporting event spoiled by knowing the result before I turn the tv on.
Can we make the same "rule" for all sports?

get up earlier and watch it live!
-
Excellent idea.
I did not log onto MC at all before the race on Sunday as I knew there was a lewis Hamilton thread going.

If it works and everyone follows the rule, great
I just dont go near any forum untill i've watched the qualy/race
In the same way as i wont put the tv on channels that contain news or any radio station
CD's and kids/music tv channels till time to watch ;)
