My exhaust has a great big hole in it after the first box. I've always fancied a side exit system on the old girl, i think they look great. I have been searching around and like the look of the Glynn Lewis stainless system but money is tight at the moment, going to America again this year.
I was thinking of trying to manufacture a system myself out of exhaust pipes/parts i can source from my local motor factors. Does anyone have a plan or pictures of such a system?

Cut your hole where you want the exhaust to come out of, get a piece of pipe make it longer than it needs to be, bend it then keep chopping it back until its right then weld it on.

Great in principle but unfortunately i don't have the means to bend the pipe, hence i was going to use elbows and other assorted shaped sections from the factors.

I have plans for doing this myself at some point, ive got 3 range rover sport back boxes that would do the job nicely with a bend in them :D :D :D
