Title: need an ecu!!!!

hi there,been trying to get ecu for a  r reg 1998,1.6  spi manual vitara,its spanish built,code on ecu reads,
33920-70E10
70E1 6T
E2T47472
its a green label,there seems to be a lot of different types,somebody who breaks them couldnt find a match,it was sent away to be repaired and they couldnt get a wiring diagram,is there anybody out there who can help,its for my friends daughter,they live down a track and she needs it for work,im running out of ideas and its to good to scrap,thanks gus
