Title: wheel arch flares query

i went greenlaning last nite and found my 265 only just clear the inner arch on a cross axle. ive been thinking about wheel spacer alot . with the rear door do u have to weld the panel gap up or bend it in somehow , cant seem to find any detailed pics on the topic.

i just left mine open (it's on the to do list, job number 1001 :lol:)
but my arches cover most of the gap apart from 1mm in places.
you can't weld alloy to steal so it's bend and fold or filler.
