looking at maybe replacing my current defender seats with more comfortable ones. been looking at the range rover classic ones mainly.
what other ones are there that are redily available and cheap. im not exactly a small guy, so i dont want to compremise the leg space.

when you do replace them just remember that you need to get to your battery(s) so make it easy to get out if needs be.

If you use the rear seat from a disco or rangey then the split section will still tilt forward to allow access to the battery.

You have to make a couple of brackets and you can't have a cubby box (Obviously) but aprt from that it pretty painless. Chap on LandyZone has done it and has posted a how to thread I'll PM you the link.

Have read some where that Citroen seat bottoms come out like landy ones??

Yes Citroen AX seats have lift out bases, currently be discussed on other forum at the mo.

Here you go chaps.It's a rather long thread and Been Landyzone it may. Wander, get hijacked, drift aimlessly and veer off at strange tangents. but if you persevere. It'll be worth it in the long run :lol:
