Your problem was that those rock-steps were inappropriately spaced for a 90, with both fron & rear axles hitting at the same time.

That's no slight on your driving, just an observation

Your tyre pressures looked a little high, which severely affected your grip.

If lowering the tyre pressures doesn't help, then axle diff locks are your next solution.

should have taken them at an angle...similar to crossing a ditch...and used 2nd low diff lock

yeah i know, but its a ball ache driving home on low pressures, especially when your PAS has packed in!

as for lockers, i would love a set, but it would cost more than the truck!

the problem was space, shortly after those there was a rock that needed to be avoided and it was a cliff face on the other side!

but it went up with a little pursuasion, and i didnt have to resort to the low 2nd flat out approach lol. think i did it in 1st as there was too much traction in parts and it was steep.

Looks good wherever it is. My 2pence worth, should have used some rocks to even those steps out. The antis will store this sort of stuff up until they have no more arguements
