Title: head gasket

how hard are the head gaskets to do on a 300tdi  ie does the cambelt have to come off or will the head come off without disterbing the cam belt ect ps car stuck in bulgaria

its not to bad mate but i cant speak from experiance, the cam belt doesnt have to be touched.if you look on( whispering now) lr4x4 and look in there technical archive its got a step by step guide on how to do things,hope this helps mate,paul.

Make sure you get the head crack tested - they are a bit prone to this problem.

see that the gasket has two holes showing and a half hole showing so is it a two or three knotch gasket
