Title: Injector pump causing high revving???

I have had trouble recently with my 200 tdi, lack of power and a bit of a misfire when i revved the engine, changed the lift pump for a new one then on my way home the engine started over revving like it was running on its own oil. So i pulled over and turned it off straight away. No oil has been sucked through the turbo, ive checked the intercooler pipes for oil. Could this be down to the injector pump anyone had a similar problem before? oh and i run on biodiesel this could be the cause of pump failure maybe?

take it off and go see that pump rebuild guy in halifax. he will test it for about £30 i think. or just go see him and ask him what could be wrong.
