Never had a Rangey but had Series IIIs and 90/110s so thought about time I got one.
Bought this:

And collecting on Thursday night, mainly want it for towing a caravan to festivals in the summer and maybe some gentle off roading. Hoping its ok, took a chance I know but my instinct usually works well!!

Insured for £160 fully comp with breakdown cover, restricted to 3000 miles though.
Not bad at all and actually cheaper than my 110!

It certainly looks a tidy example.
Amazingly the seller did manage to get one full stop in the description.

Not bad at all! The only negative I can see is it has the same problem as mine............. it's green
Welcome to the world of rust, welding, siezed bolts, electrical gremlins, hot start problems, a compultion to modify and a direct investment in BP.
Enjoy i.

Ayup..
Have a look at the latest MOT if it was done at Melton MOT Center then there will be very little wrong with it (roadworthiness wise) The tester there is really strict.
Best of luck with it one day I may just look at one..am having trouble convincing her in doors though :-k

Collecting tomorrow and quite looking forward to it, then taking it camping for the weekend so not much time to evaluate its condition!
Ref MPG, i should be used to it, my 110 V8 isnt exactly economical either, nor for that matter is the 109"
