if you got a 90, get a late 300tdi back section.
Its a straight though pipe thats pre bent over the axle etc.
Then all you need is to make a mid section, which is a straight section about 70cm long.

im looking to have a side exit exhaust, coming out behind the passenger door.

How about http://www.jetex.co.uk/.
I've bought bends, straights and silencers from them on a couple of occasions.
The 'bits' section is here:

Can always chop up a few exhausts off scrappers. Should be cheap as chips :)

Think Demon Tweeks do em........
Bertie.

i used the jetex parts mentioned above, and they are brilliant :)
the parts are well made, and clamp together really well

There is web/mail order and normal walk-in shop at Castle Combe race track call merlinmotor sport. They do prefab exhaust sections. (They expect race sponsors to be forking out cash so NOTHING is cheap) http://www.merlinmotorsport.com/

I seem to remember Merlin are a Jetex supplier, so you might as well go straight to Jetex.

i bought my jetex parts from merlin motorsport, as once i had priced everything up, it was cheaper to buy from merlin
i was also buying other parts i could only get from merlin, so that might have tipped the balance
