Title: Fitting a winch
Post by: diggerdog36 on July 27, 2008, 21:06:41
If I fitted a winch to my Disco 2 Td5, what springs do I need to fit to the front, are they HD Std height, or to compensate for the sag +1", and where on earth can I get them from???

I'm not a D2 man but I would assume the effects are the same. I fitted +2 springs before fitting the winch and noticed no difference afterwards but +1 would be a safe bet.

Try paddocks, mm4x4, Devon 4x4 etc etc etc. Google it and you'll see loads.

But which ones, there are loads, I just want standard height but need them to compensate for the weight of the winch.
