HI all, i'm changing the rear prop to one without that stupid rubber flange, i've got to the point of removing the drive spider, but there's no nut visible, there's a round bar that was in the rubber thing, how do i get that out of the flange, to access the nut..???
All help very much appreciated, as the truck is in bits and immoblie...
Thanks!!

In the centre it is threaded. I used some threaded bar, bit of pipe larger than the bit that went into the rubber donut and some big washers. The pipe/tube goes over the locater (really dont know what its called!) in with the threaded bar, slide on the big washers (bigger than the tube) and put a nut on. Just keep tightening it up and it will pull it out.
This is what i did with mine as far as i can remember!
Also i used the old part to cut down to use as a shim for the 200 series flange.

Gavin.

I got the new flange from QT, along with a wide angle prop, it fitted spot on with no spacer etc, once i'd got the new seal set in correctly!!
