Title: Help ! Front Spot Lights for Discovery TD5

Hi all,

Need some advice please. I am considering put some spot lights on the front of my TD5 Disco 2. It is the facelift version.  Now I have 2 questions:
1. Any recommendations on make/brand of lights to use.
2. I would prefer to put them on a light bar or a-bar but not the standard Land Rover version which I think is pants !

If anyone has any suggestions/websites/companies then please let me know. :-k

(After this we then have to talk roof mounted ! but have to save up for that

You need ot be careful about choosing an A bar as you have airbags and crush cans and the like.  The Disco II also had a small lamp bar that sits just above the bumper. or is this the one you don't like?

As for which lamps, well the Wipac 100 watt 4x4 ones are popular, or the Ring sports line. I fitted HID into my Wipacs, HOLY SNOT it's like bring your own daylight :twisted:

Thanks for this, I'm happy with the small Land Rover light bar, it's the big plastic a-bar that I didn't like.

Appreciate the advice and wow looking forward to lighting up half of the Surrey Countryside  !
