An honest appraisal;
The background music is an acquired taste...but keep the 'brand new combine harvester' no matter what, plus don't continuously repeat the music, if someone wants to hear it again they can refresh the page. However, it might be better to have a button to request the music rather than play it every time, I'm thinking of those on Dial Up.
Other than that, remember that 40% of people are on Dial Up, you've used thumb nail images which is good, but maybe there's too many on a page, and as a general rule for all websites, large images should be an option for a user to request.
I do like the sound of that Rangy V8, a lot of people don't record things properly but in this instance you've got it right.
I've tried to be constructive, I've viewed your website with Mozilla Firefox v3.0.1, Internet Explorer v7.0.5773.13, and Opera v9.51, always a good idea to pre-view your web pages on a number of browsers to see how they look.
Firefox & Opera run the music straight away, IE7 requests you enable Active X for the music, I never enable Active X on IE due to all the nasties out there on the web.
Hope this helps.

i can only thank andi (Panda) for the video, and yes i agree the V8 sounded ace :twisted: (it only had the manifolds and Y piece as i ripped that off with in a few minutes of being on site :oops:

there is a button at the bottom that turns the music off, i can remove the music but i dont know how to set them only to play once or be a selectable play
and as for pictures, i dont understand what you mean large images should be selectable, they are as far as i know, except for 2 that are on the first pages
cheers for the help i will play around with it for a bit more and hope i can work out what all the buttons and extra bits do, and work out how things can be altered to suit

Ben,
He means have small (file size) images on the main site, that link to hi-res versions.
At the moment, the small (dimension) pics on the website are the full size version.. so it takes time to load.
