Title: 200/300 front 'A' bar
Post by: bambamjj on August 24, 2008, 21:57:32
Will a 200 steel bull/'A' bar fit a 300?

AFAIK the big differnece between 200/300 series RRC and Disco was that the bumper had the extra "over riders" which are in truth covering the front end of a crush-can and a hi-lift style jacking point as a bonus.

The chassi mounts are the same and the width between the chassis rails, the big question is whether it will fit between the crush cans.  I'd say it's worth a try, the RRC one does but you need to cut the plastic over-rider trim in half.

I had to take the plastic over riders off my 300 to get the A bar to fit ,typical landrover build quaility, and my A bar came off another 300 tdi  that had the overriders on
