There's the (in)famous road-side cottage at Coniston Cold (http://www.multimap.com/maps/?qs=Coniston+Cold&countryCode=GB#map=54.00064,-2.19841|13|4&dp=904&loc=GB:53.99126:-2.14847:14|Coniston%20Cold|Coniston%20Cold,%20Skipton,%20North%20Yorkshire,%20England,%20BD23%204) on the A65 that has a similar display (& it's in the red circle too)
(just down the road from the 'Land Rover Experience' site at Coniston Hall)

Yes I know Ingleton, a lovely little place, but it's still a heck of a walk to the top of Ingleborough from there (or ride, as it's a bridle-way to the summit, or was)
There's a great cafe there called Bernies, next door to the caving shop. (inglesport?)
It has wooden slatted seats so the cavers wet-suits drain onto the floor
I've been to the open-air pool, but not in.
The mother of one of our Domestics owned the rights to the Waterfall Walk at Ingleton.
I'm not keen on Pork-Pies, but the ones back down the A65 at Skipton are multiple prize winners (http://www.robleigh.force9.co.uk/Virtskip/skip031.htm)

Inglesport are one of our customers .
I did pop in to say hello as I only speak on the phone with them but they were very busy and I don't like to stop them making a sale as it filters down to us
we were going to do the waterfall walk until I saw the price of it   and sorry there are a lot of streams / rivers you can walk down for free...
Though you might like to see these piccies from our trip :D

Small world, as they say (IngleSport)
Looks like a tight image of Gaping Gill?
Morecambe, I keep wanting to go back to see the recently refubished Midland Hotel
I remember it when it was on the absolute verge of closing (presumed 'forgood' then) & would love to walk into it now, especially with the nearby Winter Gardens being restored too.
There's 2 albums of Morecambe on my 'www'
