Taken from me local paper.
Anyone local knows you dont even try to drive where he has!

Cool point for the person in the snow mobile mind you!

I don't understand why people have this urge to drive on beaches. They're full of nasty abrasive sand and salt which do horrible things to your vehicle, quite apart from the risk of getting stuck!

you plonker rodney

The guy in the ice cream van said it was as hard as tarmac. That's the last time I believe him.

Pendine Sands used to be okay, before it was closed to vehicles
(as was Black Rock, near Porthmadoc)

Black Rock is still open to vehicles and is a popular beach for jetskiers.

I presumed Black Rock Sands was still open, but wasn't sure, as it's been about 10 years since I was on it
It's sad, even with its close affiliation with motor-sport, Pendine is closed.
It makes the Museum Of Speed, if it's still there, look a bit out of place (with all it's pictures of vehicles on the Sands)

I'm guessing that was the very extreme route last weekend at Abingdon?

Yeah, it took you all the way to Cumbria! lol

Of course if you're racing on the beach then it's different:

It's the Weston Beach Race next weekend (11 October).
Absolutely barking!

So which one are you in that photo?

Do I look like I keep my brain in a pickle jar?!
I'm strictly non-competitive.
