Hi all
turn the lights on and the connector on the back of the front lights smokes quite dramatically and is now all melted.
Anyone klnow where i can buy connector and crimps?

I had the same problem and took one off a spare disco in my mates yard in the dark. When I got it back into the workshop it was melted as bad as the one I was taking off.
Scratching my head for a minute I realised its not a landrover part - any car using 3 pin halogens of that type uses the same connection. I promptly whipped one off a Citroen and voilà , le Disco sorted :)

you can buy a box of 5 (i think)from these guys http://www.sedltd.com/

Plenty on ebay - do a search for "H4 holder"

Standard spade connectors fitted fine on mine.

Any decent 4x4 retailer should stock them
:D

They are a standard fitment on most cars, try your local motor factors or Halfords.

That's good to know. Mine look like they may have been "warm" at some time.
