Hi everyone my little boy has been admitted to hospital this morning and might be in for 48 hrs it is hard to see such a small baby go through all these test

feeling for you
our daughter was in hospital last week with pneumonia, she is 3..
hard to walk in on her with two IV's one in her foot, one in her hand and oxygen mask :(

paediatric care in the NHS is some of the best in the world, trust me, if she is unwell, its the best place for him.

hope he gets well soon mate my little nephew had an operation on his heart at 2 weeks old spent 2 months in great ormond street very hard thing seeing little ones suffer

Hope he recovers soon. As a parent, I've been lucky so far, touch wood, it must be absolutely gut-wrenching.

Both my sons had bad breathing due to asthma when they were very young but they have both grown out of it as they got older ..
seeing your kid in special baby care is the hardest thing ( I Know) but as said before the uk kids wards are the best in the world ,
keep us informed and we're all thinking of ya. ;)

One of my boys was discharged on the same day he was born but developed complications due to bruising during delivery.
End result was five days under a sun-tan lamp to cure the side effects of unexpectedly thick blood.
Its a scary time when they have to go back in but they are amazing despite their size and bounce back so quickly.
He really is in the best place but I know exactly how you feel.

Can't think of anything worse than seeing your child poorly. Hope he makes a full recovery.
