Title: Report from Leyburn...
Post by: MuddyMike on December 04, 2008, 07:27:20
...Its snowing.

I set out to drive to Coventry at 05:10, turned back at 05:30. Blizzard conditions, road treacherous. Driving Passat 4Motion for first time in slippery conditions, very impressed, it drove straight up one hill that had defeated 2wd cars, but of course is no better at stopping:-( Thats why I decided to turn back, even at 5mph I was unable to stop at a red light.

If you had made it to Coventry there was no snow just rain.

I reckon you were having so much fun playing with the cool snow blower that you forgot to go to Coventry or it was to late when you finished playing

I had to go, and eventually got away about 11am. My son has now put a few more snow blower clips together and I have put them here

You will probably notice I keep starting of in too high a gear, it has 6 forward and 1 reverse.

you should of put some antlers on your dog, dressed up in Santa costume and opened up winter wonderland £25 a ticket, certainly looked more seasonal than a muddy field down south
