Started off well with bobtail coming to collect his winch bumper i had in storage on the front of my disco (long story!), top bloke really, knows his stuff and i have plenty of time for people like him :D

It all goes down hill at tea time though when i get a text (do people not like to ring anymore?) asking if my rocksliders are forsale still (see forsale section). I reply yes to which i am asked how much so i say the price and state that its my final price and i wont take any offers. Im then offered a lower price so i say no, the price i said is it and then i get back.....

Ok then mate u can stuff them over a stupid tener. (i think he/she meant tenner :lol: )

If this is the kind of abuse i can expect of certain mud club members (fingers crossed this is a one off??) because the price i want doesnt suit them then i might just go to another forum :evil: :evil: :evil:

Post by: boss on December 05, 2008, 22:55:36: no need to be like that pal. i have had a simmilar experiance lateley but its not worth moving. you will be hard pressed to find another forum like this one where people are generally nice, you go to others and evereyone knows evereything and evereyone else is an idiot! but if you are shifting over can i put forward elite4x4 before leed does? :lol: :lol: :lol:

I find if you are trying to sell stuff and have a price in mind it is best to advertise the price when you are selling .....

asking for offers either invites the div's to try their luck , or puts off members who do not wish to insult you with a low offer.

I was interested in the sliders and the arches but I won't make an offer as I like things real cheap. and wouldn't want to insult a fellow member...

so How much ????? :lol: :lol: :lol:

gav when you fill in the elite form just make sure you put in that you heard about the site from boss ;)

lee do you think we should make some sort of scoreing system up on elite?
