Yeh the Yellow 110 belonged to Gresh off the LRO forums think he may have been on here too, the accident took 4 of his children, they're prosecuting him for "Death by dangerous driving" can't see how that one is going to work though as I was told that he swerved out the way of a Transit coming the opposite way at a fair rate of speed so what they are saying by that is if you're about to be involved in a potentially bad accident you've just got to grin and bare it and not try and avoid it?

Not seen the testing bit as Central News is rubbish!

If anybody knows the true facts surrounding it what are they, is it a case of the police couldn't find a van so they decided to take it out on whoever was involved?

I remember this tragedy well... four young children lost their lives.

It doesn't look good for Gresh... in fact, the evidence looks very bad... http://uk.news.yahoo.com/4/20081208/tuk-kids-died-in-father-s-modified-car-dba1618.html

Explanation as to why can be found  HERE (http://www.mud-club.com/forum/index.php/topic,66580.msg566552.html#new)

Hope everyone understands the reasons as to why this and any other threads on the same subject will be closed.
