If you are talking about the diff pinion flange and on a pre-life Discovery then yes.
-
By pre-life what do you mean (sorry) ?

suffin ruffin fingers....I meant pre-face lift :)
-
thats assuming its not had a different axle put under it
10 vs 24spline are different flanges, and then the disco 300 rear is different again with the stupid donut being fitted onto it
-
Oz mate it seems that matts axle will be ok... for donor parts
then let the playing beggin

10 vs 24spline are different flanges,
 They are? damn.
-
Yes it is pre face lift

As far as I know, 200Tdi diff flanges are the same front and back, 4 bolt. The 300Tdi has a 3 bolt flange as standard on the rear but this can be swapped for the 4 bolt version without too much difficulty. The front is a 4 bolt.
So, in answer to your question, yes and no :)
Stu.

sounds like a plan the problem i have is the flange is still connected to the prop and has come out the diff here is a link http://www.facebook.com/album.php?aid=64277&l=f89ba&id=511066710 (http://www.facebook.com/album.php?aid=64277&l=f89ba&id=511066710)

Cheers for that link on the flange removal, thought about doing something similar, or slide hammer, but that looks the better option!
if the flange is still attached to the prop, then, im guessing the big nut has stripped the thread? oh dear! cant help on that one, sorry.
