i know a couple of folks brought landy's off him........both with problems...The one was sold with a shagged twisted chassis...he did'nt want to know. Also , our kid drove 80 miles to look at a 110 crew cab,and when he asked for a test drive , he told him...if ya leave a deposit..Unless you are buying it...also couldn't be arsed to get the keys to start it up....Our kid had £13,000 on him....pulled it out his pocket..and told him to shove it up his arse..and drove off.......His attitude stinks

I wouldnt deel with him either tbh. He buys em cheap, respray, and puts new wheels and tires on them. Any obvious faults he sends em down to the local garage for them to fix.

Oh and he drives a shogun ( I think it was). M8 bought a 90 off him. It has cost him about a grand to put right all the little faults (CV joint, waterpump, rear xmember replacement to name a few jobs)

I bought a 130 off mrm landrovers a couple of years ago  and he told me that he buys all his stuff from Ireland.
My truck had no indicators and no brake light switch, two bolts missing from the sump and a loose panhard rod. (You don,t feel the wheels shake below 40) I didn,t know there was no brake lights until I came to pick it up, can,t tell from inside!
If it wasn,t for the fact I was buying it to rebuild it there would have been a court case.

 Gaz

Ps chassis was rippled aswell, but as a new chassis was expected, no prob.

It had warning beacons all round that were just tape jointed to odd wires in fuse box and the tow bar electrics had been pulled off but then ALL loose wires taped together...
Previous owner was lucky not to have a fire.

The rebuild went well after what seemed like ages getting my thoughts together, the hardest bit was keeping enough enthusiasm.

I bought a RRC from him at least 5 years ago, and I was really happy with both the car and the price, but it was when he'd just started
