OOOh, crikey.  The gearbox is longer than the 90 box so either the engine sits way forward of the T-Box further back, you might find a RRC front propshaft but the back one might need making (on a 110 try the LSE propshaft :-k)

Rad, well the biggest thing you can fit is a must, perhaps a V8 CSW rad, then you'll need an engine oil cooler and 2 gearbox oil coolers, one to warm the oil and one to cool it.  My LSE has a 3rd Kenlowe oil rad under the front end but you could fit one of these instead of the standard cooler.  The hot rad or 'heat exchanger' helps the 'box warm up.

I've also heard of filks fitting the oil cooler from a Merc van (pre sprinter type van) on the auto box when towing.

Ill second the cooling, one of the fellas I used to work with had this engine in his 90, and his Rad (I think, out of a 110 V8 CSW as RRB said) was just about adequate offroad, Get some big fans!!!!!!

Thanks for the replys guys one of my mates had a 90 with the original 3.5 v8 in it and this was converted to auto using a range rover box and transfer case it now apparently has a 3.9 efi in it so I,m trying to arrange a visit to look underneath etc trouble is he,s north of leeds so it,s a bit of a trek for me. I have the complete range rover so I,m not short of parts for this project I do realize I,m going to have to fabricate some stuff was just hoping anybody else who had same set up might be able to throw some light on it :D

Cheers
