Post by: RR Paul on March 05, 2005, 19:52:08
Ive just sold my RR and i'm lookin at buying a defender 90.
my question is, is there more legroom in a 90 compared to a series landy?
Cheers

Having made the change as well, I would say yes but not much in it. However you can buy kits that fit defender seat rails to allow the seats to move back further or even a kit to take out the bulkhead. You can always put on a smaller steering wheel but if the 90 is PAS, it makes for hard work.

I'm a bit long in the leg. I fitted Ford Escort XRi seats into my S111 and Citreon BX seats into my 90. These both gave more room and also a slightly higher driving position, with more comfort. :)
