Hi All,

Does anyone know what values ohmage and wattage the resistor should be that controls the heater fan speed...

Cheers Jon

According to the RAVE Cd it's "1E3 ohms", hopefully a mathematician will be along soon to translate that into real money !

Incidentally, I went looking for my heater resistor, as the fan refused to work on maximum speed (lever right down), couldn't find it - unless it's actually inside the heater box ?, so put the dash and everything back together - and as if by magic it's started working...........but for how long  :?

Thanks for that Jimbo..
If I remember correctly thats 1000 Ohms basically 1K but needless to see someone will correct me :)

From what I remember the resisitor is in the heater box close to the fan.
This should control the low speed setting.

Thanks again mate

the resistor is in the blower box and it only controls the lower speeds..the fastest setting comes straight from the switch
